At Metal Forge Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility to return or exchange it under the terms outlined below.
Returns

You can return a product within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless they are defective or an error was made on our part.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for items of the same value. If you would like an exchange, please contact us at the email address below.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the issue. We will guide you through the replacement or refund process at no additional cost.
